Master Technician/"Appliance Whisperer", Phred, graduated from Renton Technical College in 2001 focusing on Major Appliance Repair Technology. His perfectionist mentality and extensive knowledge of many areas, not just appliantology, means there is no appliance too big or too small for Phred's expertise.

 

Sondra, the scheduling coordinator is who you will first speak with when you call to schedule your appointment. Understanding your busy schedule is her speciality. Appointments are blocked in a one or two hour window so you aren't waiting around all day unsure of when the repairman will show up. Sondra keeps Phred busy and productive throughout the Oregon Coast!
